For example, exercise, the Japanese Diet, Cleanliness and so on. As common factor, most of people can lead a “health” life. About exercise, Most of America people tend to drive everywhere, but those of Japanese walk, take a train or bus. To do that, they can necessarily walk and stand, so it is really healthy.
